A bit about me
I’m Emily, I am a fully qualified female driving instructor ADI in Doncaster.
I live in Doncaster with my husband and our ball mad Border Collie!
I became a driving instructor as I wanted to do something with my life that could make a difference to people. I was brought up in a small village near Doncaster with virtually no bus service, so I know how much it meant to me to be able to pass my driving test, to be able to gain my independence and not have to rely on the taxi of mum and dad. Not only does being a driving instructor allow me to make a difference to my pupils lives but it also allows me to make a difference to others on the roads of the UK by training the drivers of the future to drive safely, not just to pass their driving test. My previous jobs in hospitality and retail management involved training people of all ages which was something I enjoyed. I trained with a national driving school before making the decision to become an independent driving instructor. My training school trained me in the latest training and coaching methods and since then I have kept up to date with changes in the driving instructor industry by voluntarily carrying out further training, so you can be assured the training I will give you will be of the highest standard.
About my Car
My driving school car is a VW Golf 1.4L petrol manual.
The VW Golf is a perfect car to learn to drive in, not to big but not to small with just the right amount of power. It's user friendly and easy to drive, allowing learners to master the controls, but is also forgiving when little mistakes are made.
Dual controls are fitted to keep everyone safe.
The interior is comfortable with fully adjustable seat and steering wheel, air con for the summer heat waves and heated seats for the winter.
Lesson Prices
£38 per hour
£370 Block of 10 hours of lessons
Lessons can be paid for by bank transfer or cash
About the lessons
Learning to drive is an important life skill which opens up many possibilities, independence and freedom.
Whether you've just got your provisional licence and never been behind the wheel of a car, already had a few lessons in the past and are looking to restart learning to drive, or looking for refresher lessons after not driving for a while, there are driving lessons for you!
My lessons are always conducted in a calm, friendly, relaxed and supportive manner and I aim to make them as enjoyable and as productive as possible.
No two learners are the same and so no two driving lessons are the same. Every lesson is tailored to your unique learning needs and goals, and at a pace to suit you. Covering all the skills and topics from setting up the car and moving off the first time to driving on the motorway.
My aim is to not just help my learners to pass their driving test, but to help them gain the skills and knowledge, and develop the confidence and attitudes to driving to become safe, responsible and considerate driver for life.

Doncaster City centre, Armthorpe, Barnby Dun, Bessacarr, Cantley, Dunscroft, Dunsville, Edenthorpe, Hatfield, Hatfield Woodhouse, Intake, Kirk Sandall, Wheatley and parts of Bentley and Sprotborough.
